Using our cloud platform, you can easily create new form and document templates that lets the system know exactly what data to extract. Once the templates have been saved for future use, you can import documents into the platform through one of four convenient ways:

  • Select a file directly from cloud storage accounts such as Dropbox, Box, and Google Drive
  • Scan a document right from a multifunction printer
  • Send an email with an attachment
  • Upload a document from your computer

Once RICOH Automated Data Capture has recognized and extracted the data, it's automatically classified and delivered to a supported cloud database (Kintone or RICOH Dynamic Cloud Database) or made available as an export file (.csv or .xml).
