Wendy Cole serves as Principal Consultant for Ricoh USA’s Business Process Consulting team.

Cole has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and project manager, specializing in the design and implementation technology solutions that improve business operations for internal and external customers. Her extensive experience in the areas of capture, imaging, document, and content management, business process, workflow tools and management strategies affords her the skills and knowledge necessary to analyze, design, and implement process transforming initiatives with efficiency, value, and success.

Cole received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire, and an Associate of Business degree in Accounting from McIntosh College.
