Henry brings more than11 years of experience as a consultant, driving end-user adoption in support of customer business process and technology changes. As a certified change management practitioner, Henry has creatively leveraged Prosci, Kotter’s 8 and Ricoh’s proprietary methodology to drive sustainable and continuous change management programs and solutions within Fortune 500 organizations. She is experienced in the development of change management programs, environmental sustainability, training and curriculum, communication and marketing collateral programs, and is focused on leading and growing the Organizational Change Management practice area for Ricoh.
