Chris Hamilton serves as Principal Consultant for Business Processing, Enterprise Consulting Services.

Hamilton leads the Ricoh Analytics service in guiding clients through business process optimization driven by analytical methodologies. He brings 20 years of experience in data mining, analysis and predictive modeling, as well as 15 years of information management industry experience. He is a leader in re-engineering client processes and technology to provide cost effective solutions through impactful analytics. Hamilton is experienced in establishing performance measurement criteria and measurement management processes that readily adjusts to the dynamic environment of quality management and process engineering through data collection and analysis. He also lends expertise in turning information into strategy through effective data consulting and Business Intelligence solutions.

Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science in Operational Management, with a focus in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix, and is a 2013 recipient of the Ricoh Minori Award.
